This is your calm corner of the internet
Welcome! I’m Jess, and I’m here to help you be the mom you want to be (for your kids and your own inner child).
My work is all about helping busy moms find an actual work-life balance, learn strategies to stay calm and cool when parenting, and work through the nagging mom-guilt that tends to haunt us all.
Resources to move you from surviving to thriving

Being a mom means you’re encountering new challenges on a daily basis. So I’ve created a blog to give you support, so you can keep your head on straight when life feels chaotic.
I’m covering topics that relate to how you function and get organized, how you actually find a balance with work and life (legit- it’s possible), and how you create strategies for parenting and building connection with your family.
You can be more confident in yourself, more loving to your children, and have boundaries that create calmness.
Resources for moms
Getting support is hard. Often, therapists are scheduled months in advance, coaches have long waitlists, and it can be exhausting trying to find what you need. You need support in simple ways that work for you, on your schedule.
That’s why I’m creating resources (think: easy worksheets, conversation guides, courses, etc.) to help you begin implementing strategies to be the mom you want to be now.
You don’t have to wait- learn strategies that you can implement now to enjoy your family more.
Keep checking back, as I’ll add more resources frequently!
Community support
Being a woman is hard- we often face criticism no matter what we do. And as moms, the mom-guilt plays on repeat in our heads. We remind ourselves of everything we * should * do better and all the ways we might mess up our kids.
Sometimes we have to get out of our heads, and grab ahold of reality. We have to set boundaries that allow us to care for ourselves, and we have to establish strategies that help us to help our families thrive.
It’s easier to do all of that with support.
So reach out if you are interested in group or individual coaching. I’d love to hear from you.
